HOW TO CORRECTLY FORMAT POSTS FOR THE DISCUSSION BOARD:
This will give a quick tutorial on how to correctly format messages for posting on the Lyme Strategies Board. Very simply, it is to correctly signal which posts are about the Salt/C Protocol and which ones are not. Posts that have to do with the Salt/C Protocol include:
* Any message about doing
Salt & Vitamin C
* Any message about health benefits of salt, types of salt, dosing, etc.
* Any message about health benefits of Vitamin C, types of C, dosing, etc.
* Any reports, positive or negative, regarding the S/C protocol
* Any message about symptoms, phenomena, herxing, etc., while doing the
protocol.
* Any message about studies, abstracts, on Salt and Vitamin C
and so on.

1. When creating a post that is not specifically about the Salt/C protocol, or replying to one that is not about Salt/C but does not have "Non-S/C" at its beginning, its up to YOU to put it there. In the above example, we are replying to a post that did not have it properly. 1.

2. Block out all abbreviations (Re:, Lyme Strategies, etc.) at the very beginning of the line, before the actual subject title.

3. Replace it all with "Non-S/C" (without the quote marks).

4. If you are introducing a new subject into the thread, shorten the previous person's subject slightly (so they don't get too long or bulky), then at the very end of the subject line add dots to separate from the previous, then a brief word about your new topic.

5. By adding the "Non-S/C" abbreviation to the beginning of all Non-Salt/C posts, it allows members to easily sort, filter, etc. all the Non-S/C posts from the posts just about Salt/C. It also helps those members receiving just the digest summary form of posts.
